Wed Perfect, LLC. will provide a full Day of Wedding Planning pacakge for the winner! Having a day of coordinator helps ensure peace of mind for the bride, so she can just come to her wedding, look beautiful and enjoy!!

The services will include:

One in person meeting at the location of your choosing to go over your already coordinated details, expectations, concerns, and ideas.

Taking over contact with all of your previously booked vendors to finalize details and confirm everything is all set, including your final payments

Assistance in creating a full day schedule, which will then be distributed to all vendors, bridal party, etc. as needed to maintain flow on wedding day

Professional running or supervision of your wedding rehearsal with bridal party

Unlimited phone and e-mail contact in the two weeks prior to your wedding date in order to assure your comfort in the plans

Wedding day coordination of bridal party and vendors, insuring all contracts are being upheld, everyone is on time and performing agreed upon duties

Set up and break down of any Décor or other items you have for the wedding day (outside of the set up included by your other specific vendors)

Assistance in handing out any day of payments and/or gratuities to your selected vendors, staff, etc.
