Let us take care of the important job of making sure your day goes smoothly, while you make sure you enjoy every moment of it.

Package Includes:
Initial consultation to explain the coordination process.
Final Details Meeting two weeks prior to the wedding date to finalize a customized list of coordination services.
Confirmation of vendor services 1 – 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
Review and finalization of wedding day itinerary.
8 hours of Wedding Weekend services, including:
- Wedding rehearsal.
- Pre-ceremony venue preparation for guests.
- Ceremony facilitation of guest flow and procession.
- Pre-reception preparation.
- Reception coordination of vendors, schedule, and wedding party.
- Supervision and management of wedding day itinerary, vendors, and wedding party.
If needed, additional Wedding Weekend hours can be added and will be billed separately.
Blackout dates apply. Please contact seller for current blackout dates.
Weddings over sixty miles from Cincinnati, Ohio will require an additional travel fee.
Must be used before December 31, 2012
