This is the perfect service for those couples who have done all the work of planning their day but need a wedding coordinator to oversee all the details on the wedding day. We orchestrate “day of” activities so you can be a guest and not a host on your wedding day. We can coordinate all the activity you’ve planned and work behind the scenes to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
- 2 hour meeting with the bride and groom before the wedding to review details
- 2 hour rehearsal day coordination
- 8 hour coordination between ceremony/reception
- Contact vendors prior to wedding day
- Wedding day itinerary and schedules to be distributed on the day of the wedding to the wedding party and vendors
- Attend your rehearsal for ceremony coordination
- Attendance during ceremony and reception to ensure all runs smoothly
