Month of Wedding Coordination Includes:
- Unlimited email and phone contact and two in person meetings
- Meet with you to discuss the details of your wedding and how the wedding day will flow
- Create a detailed timeline for vendors and one for the wedding party
- Review all your vendor contracts and contact vendors to confirm all details
- Wrap up any loose ends you might not have thought about
- Wedding day checklist
- Wedding related etiquette
- Conduct your wedding rehearsal
- Arrive prepared with a well-stocked emergency kit
- Be there to greet vendors and receive deliveries
- Coordinate and assist with set¿up and décor of the ceremony and reception locations
- Set out guest book, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, and any other DIY projects
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
- Assist bride and bridesmaids with final preparations and fixing any last minute issues
- Assist guests and wedding party as needed
- Direct ceremonial processionals
- Keep an eye on the timeline
- Wedding-related etiquette assistance
- Troubleshoot and act as behind¿the¿scenes manager throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Gather any remaining items at the end of the night — guest book, toasting flutes, or anything else you brought with you
