THE REHARSAL

Deliver wedding weekend itinerary and gift baskets to out of town guests

Email/Deliver Wedding Day itinerary to wedding party

Coordination at wedding rehearsal with the wedding party and officiant, if present

Collect final personal items for Wedding Day

THE PRODUCTION

Complete Wedding Day coordination¿{at least 2 staff members on site at all times}

Assist Bride and Bridesmaids in dressing room¿

Utilization of ‘Wedding Day Emergency Kit’, if necessary

Review ceremony location and décor with bride, if applicable¿

Oversee distribution bridal party flowers and pin boutonnieres¿

Direction of ceremony procession and activities¿

Delivery of all wedding day accessories¿

Coordinate, direct and act as a single point of contact for all your vendors¿

Review reception activities with vendors involved and provide itinerary¿

Gathering of wedding party and family members for pictures¿

Cue music providers throughout the ceremony and reception¿

Make sure Bride and Groom have a chance to eat¿

Assist Bride with Bustling of her dress and touch up “bridal beauty” throughout the event

Orchestrate the Grand Entrance and Exit¿

POST PRODUCTION

Gather personal items from Bride’s dressing room and load in designated transportation¿

Gather wedding day items as necessary

Make sure gifts and important items leave with the designated family members¿

Oversee Vendor Cleanup

Plan return of cake plateau and accessories to vendors¿

Coordinate pick up for linens and rentals¿
