Contact all vendors to book them as they come and the week before to confirm times and locations multiple times

Assist with the coordination of your rehearsal the day before your wedding

Organize seating and location details for rehearsal dinner 

Meet with you prior to your wedding to go over time line, confirm order of seating for ceremony, confirm order of announcements, special dances and songs to be played during ceremony and reception.

Give all vendors a schedule of events so everything can be set up perfectly and on time

Ceremony set up and decorated as needed

Assure reception site is set up and decorated to your specifications (Personally decorated and checked by us)

Make sure that bridal suite is decorated to elegant standards and the bridal party has plenty of hor' derves 
Assist with Cocktail Hour

Work closely with banquet manager to assure your reception is exactly as it should be

Distribute vendor payments and gratuity as needed  

Gather all special items such as:

-  Card box

-  Unity sand or candle

-   Guest book

-  Ringbearer pillow, flower girl basket, pew bows, etc. and pack them up after their use. To be kept in the bridal suite
