X3 Sports offers martial arts and sports training for fitness & competition. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, learn self-defense, or compete at the next level, X3 Sports will help you get there.

Classes include kickboxing, boxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu jitsu / sambo, muay thai, fast track, yoga (at the Midtown location only), and speed, strength & agility. Classes are offered every day at a variety of times and can fit easily into a busy schedule. X3 also offers youth programs in boxing, martial arts, and sports performance.

Personal training and nutrition are also available for an additional charge. 

X3 has two locations in the Atlanta area: one in Midtown / Inman Park and one in Marietta.
