Description

This vintage Toledano ivory handbag features rolled handles, brass hardware, dual zippered compartments on each side, and a magnetic snap enclosure compartment in the middle. This bag also features snakeskin trimming on the exterior body. The interior is a rich black leather except the middle compartment which matches the exterior ivory leather. The interior is slightly stained with a lighter shade of what could be makeup...multiple attempts at removing have helped but still visible. This bag is used and besides the interior, is in excellent condition.

Israeli fashion designer Hilla Toledano created a collection of leather handbags, clutches and purses reflecting eternal style and a timeless quality. The bags are made of high quality leather and Italian gold buckles that won’t wear out over the years and look like bags that have been passed down through generations of women without scuff or tarnish. Hilla’s collection is inspired by the art of the Roccoco from early 18th century Europe. The Roccoco is characterized by fluidity and curvy lines and shapes that resemble shells, gentle colors and fancy elements, worthy of the European aristocracy. All can be found in her collection.
