You don’t have to be an oenophile to enjoy a wine tasting. Gather up three of your friends and sample wines from Coopers’ Hawk Winery and Restaurant. A Tasting Room specialist will take the group through eight different wines: three reds, three whites, a sparkling, and a fruit or dessert wine.  The Chef’s signature cheese platter will round out the tasting and make the evening complete.
