You have a year to use these travel packages.
Accommodations are available based on the schedule on the second page of this package and subject to space availability. All reservations are on a written confirmation basis only, which must be presented with two forms of identification (driver's license and
major credit card) to the resort at check-in.All expenses, other than accommodations, are the expense of the traveler.
Please mail this request form at least 90 days prior to travel. Reservation request forms with less than 90 days notice may be accepted based on availability, but may also be subject to surcharges. We are unable to accept requests with less than 45 days notice.
