It's highly concentrated with plum flavors and violet aromas. 2010 SIERRA FOOTHILLS CHARDONNAY - - Cold fermented like all our whites and 30% new French oak. The majority of this blend has been put through malolactic fermentation. You will smell some inviting bread dough aromas that remind you part of this blend was fermented in our small French oak barrels.
