Enjoy a "WILD" dinner for 10, hosted by Cathy and Bruce Levering and chef Dr. Steve Cavagnolo. Menu will include some savory samplings of: wild duck, pheasant and whatever else "flies in" to join you. Bruce will open the famous "Matrix" of wine to compliment the evening's selections. Even if you are not a fan of wild things, simple and savory "other" menu items will compliment this gourmet dinner.
