Your home is your castle, so why not have a portrait created to display? Noted South Shore artist Judeth Van Hamm will translate your home into a watercolor portrait. Her house portraits make wonderful gifts for housewarmings and anniversaries, and are sure to be passed on through generations.


About Judeth Van Hamm


Judeth Van Hamm has been drawing since she was a child.  Her studies for her architectural degree from the University of Michigan included classes in rendering, watercolors and perspective.  In the Boston area she has studied with Murray Wentworth at the Art Institute of Boston and the late Robert Cormier at the Fenway Studios.  She has taught at the South Shore ArtCenter.  She is a member of the Hull Artists Studio Connection.


Judeth works in watercolor, ink, pencil and charcoal.  Her subjects include local scenes and portraits.  She recently illustrated a 1795 map o fHull with depictions of Hull Village, the grist mill on the Salt Water River, and the Pilgrims naming Point Allerton and the Brewster Islands.
