One full session of yoga lessons (8 weeks) at the Cohasset Yoga Center and a box of wonderful new yoga props.

The Cohasset Yoga Center's Approach:

Welcome to the Cohasset Yoga Center. We look forward to knowing you better.

We ask that you approach your practice with mindful attention to the care of your body. If you want, teachers can suggest alternative poses or modifications to increase the benefits of your yoga practice. Listening to your own body is most important.

During classes, teachers may try to improve your poses by making adjustments to your body positions. Our intention is to be gentle and sensitive with our touch. If you would prefer verbal guidance only, just let us know.

Questions and feedback are always welcome. Teachers will be available before and after class for about 15 minutes. You can also leave a message on the answering machine at any time (781-383-3141), and we will be happy to return your call.

Yoga Mat and Props included with this item:

• Earth Element 5mm Yoga Mat – Provides a non-slip surface for your practice. 


• Yoga mat and harness-Slide release buckle for carrying your sticky mat and a blanket


• Cotton strap-1.5 inches with D-ring buckle for assists with sitting, breathing or poses


• Eye and bag holder-Silk eye bag filled with flaxseed. Helps release tension around eyes and calm body and mind.


• Wood blanket-Blankets provide stable yet yielding surface for sitting and poses. They give warmth over and under your body for restorative poses and rest.


• Foam block-4”x6”x9” purple foam block to provide stability and assist with alignment and deepen poses.
