Special Instructions
Winning Bidder choses between two options for dates, and must notify donor as soon as possible with selection. Choices are:
a) January 23rd through 25th OR
b) February 27th-29th
*The unit has three bedrooms with sleeping capacity for a minimum of two per bedroom. The master bedroom has a full size bed and half bath, one bedroom has bunk beds (oversized bed on bottom) and the remaining bedroom has a twin trundle with pull out twin bed. The unit also has a loft with two twin beds and there is a pull out sofa (full size bed) in the main family room that sleeps two if needed. Therfore, the unit sleeps eight, plus two on the pull out sofa for a total of ten if needed.
