Framed piece showcases a beautiful green and gold silk print fabric artistically crafted in origami fashion to become a miniature shirt - adorned with three silver buttons. Woven background representing lauhala matting is the perfect background to set off this unique piece of art.
Frame measures 11 3/4' high by 9 3/4' wide by 2" deep.
Five (5) ornaments include three (3) aloha print shirts in colorful Hawaiian fabric "hanging" from a metal hanger.
Two (2) additional ornaments are crafted from gourds and feature ALOHA and KONA with beads and string for hanging.
These beautiful keepsakes are carefully hand-made by local artist Robin Bush at Kona Leis. Robin's works grace many of the finer homes of the BigIsland, Maui, and Kaua'i.
Robin lives in Kailua-Kona and when not practicing her craft, she is enjoying the Big Island lifestyle with her dog, Kayt.
Robin can be found monthly at the Kokua Kailua Stroll on Ali'i Drive.
