Award-winning small business woman, Kawehi Inaba is the owner of Fit Xpress Hawaii, a women-only fitness center located in the Kaloko Light Industrial area. The new Fit Xpress Hawaii reflects Kawehi personal commitment to being healthy, inside and out.

The refreshment of Fit Xpress and the addition of several new services create an environment that is nurturing. “It’s warm and welcoming and it’s for every woman who wants to make a change in their life – just like I did,” says Kawehi. From the 85-year-olds to slim and fit to the weight-challenged, every woman can find a program and the personal assistance needed to meet their goals.

Fit Xpress utilizes Circuit Training, TRX Suspension Training, Range of Motion Machines (ROM's), Elliptical and Treadmill equipment. The circle of resistance machines works every major muscle group. As part of a regular fitness routine, ladies can lose weight and inches, gain energy or tone up. Part of a smart strength training program that helps women tone/build muscle and burn fat, work toward or maintain a slim silhouette.

Personal training packages are available and all services are tailored to each member’s needs.

Kawehi says of her team of trainers and consultants, “I have gathered a team of like-minded women whose interests and hearts equal my passion.” Kawehi invites all women to call Fit Xpress and ask about a personal session with a trainer.
