Like many Rhode Islanders, Rhode Island PBS producer-director Pablo Mijares finds Providence’s Manchester Street Power Station visually fascinating - especially at sunset.

This alluring image was shot from India Point Park with old piers reflected in the foreground water. It’s just one example of the beauty found throughout our Capital city - if we open our eyes to it!
