Having grown up on Cape Cod, accomplished Rhode Island artisan Michael Healy has happy memories of his youth spent combing the shoreline. As a result, he has designed this this Sea Scallop Shell Door Knocker.

The door knocker is cast in solid brass which contains copper-based alloys which give it its rich, reddish undertone.  Michael uses sanding and buffing techniques to highlight or accent the raised areas on this piece.
