"Through Forests of Snow" is the second plate in “The Tale of Father Frost”, a collection of limited-edition porcelain plates created by Palekh Master Artist Oleg Vladimirovich An. This plate is produced in layers of pigment and gold in an edition limited to a maximum of 195. Inspired by the age-old Russian Folktale, the plate series depicts Father Frost on his Christmas rounds through the mysterious, snow-covered forests of the vast Russian northlands.
