“Morozko” is the fouth in the Russian Art Box Collection designed by Palekh Master Alexandre Kovalev. This hand-painted box has 14 ceramic colors, accented with 24-karat gold on a black lacquer background and crafted in an edition permanently limited to 150 firing days. Depicted here is the story of Morozko, who upon gaining the sympathy of Father Frost, was able to survive the bitter cold and return to her loving father.
