"Winter Idyll" is the fifth plate in “The Russian Seasons”, a collection of limited-edition porcelain plates created by Kholui Master Artist Sergei B. Devyatkin. This plate is produced in layers of pigment and gold in an edition limited to a maximum of 195 firings. Lavishly depicted is a regal young woman spreading her arms with a gesture that envelops Russia in a glittering blanket of snow and ice crystals.
