Jamestown is the title of this original watercolor by artist Rita Heymann of Portsmouth, RI.  It was painted en plein air at Fort Wetherill. Ms Heymann used 140 cold pressed arches watercolor paper, Artists Winsor Newton watercolors and an acid free mat. The artist is a member of the Portsmouth Arts Guild, the Bristol Art Museum and the Newport Art Museum.
