Retired United States Navy Commander Ralph Williams has been a longtime donor to the Arts Auction; he's been painting over sixty years!

Entitled April Fools Snow Storm, 1994, this beautifully framed oil pastel measures 48”H x 42”W.  Ralph Williams is a life member of the Wickford Art Association and a member of Helme House - the South County Art Association.
