Sun Valley in the Arrowwood subdivision.  The house is custom decorated and fitted with complimenting modern and rustic touches throughout.  Split level, 3,000+ sqft house with 4/5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  On the lower level there is the master bedroom with a King size bed and oversized master bathroom, bedroom #2 which has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a den area which features a pullout sofa/sitting area, large flat screen TV with digital cable and a DVD player as well as a custom built-in desk area with printer.  On the upper level is a large family room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen in an open floor plan.  The dining area has seating for 8 and the adjoining spacious living area comes complete with a river rock wood burning fireplace (plenty of firewood on-site), a cozy “L” shaped couch, large flat screen TV/digital cable/DVD player, etc.  The upper level also features Bedrooms #3 and #4 which each have queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms.  The house is fully stocked with a portable crib, 2 BOB trail strollers, snowshoes for use on the local mountain trails, sleds for use on the local hills, washer & dryer, 2 car garage, high-speed wi-fi internet access, BBQ on private deck outside dining area (unless deck is snowed in), etc.  The house is just steps to the bus route that takes you to the River Run ski area in less than 7 minutes, and is only 3 miles from Main Street in Ketchum.
