My customers tell me their cats fight over who will sleep in their Wool Cat Bed. This beautifull vessel would also make a wouderful container for yarn, etc.
The wool cat bed is wet felted from Domestic and Merino wool mix to create an extremely strong, durable, warm, absorbent and anti-snag fabric. Pets love to cuddle and sleep on wool. My customers tell me that their pets gravitate towards wool for a snooze as soon as they put the bed down. A cat bed made of wool makes for a fresher and safer resting place for your pet since it resist the growth of odor causing bacteria and is flame resistant.
Special Instructions
MATERIAL - 100% Wool. Bed is Domestic 56s wool top (the white part) and Merino (the colored wool). Felted in one piece - no seams. The only piece felted separately is the yellow flower center. It is attached by sewing.
COLOR - White is natural color of the Domestic wool. Colored wool in shades of purple, green, and yellow.
Shape – Round
SIZE – Large - 16" diameter, 9" tall to the rim. Flower is 3-3/4 " high above rim.
CARE - Wash in cool water. For final rinse soak in water with a splash of vinegar or lemon just to restore the wool to its natural PH, then rinse again. Stuff with plastic bags or similar item to shape. Air dry.
