We know how hard it can be to find fashionable, high quality, non-leather and cruelty-free products. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options out there. You usually have to shop in a variety of stores before you find something you like.

We decided to change that by opening Alternative Outfitters. Now it is easy to shop high fashion and feel good about it! We made it convenient for people to shop cruelty-free. Now you do not have to sacrifice fashion for a more compassionate lifestyle. You can have both!

CRUELTY-FREE & LEATHER-FREE

Our goal at Alternative Outfitters is to offer caring consumers a convenient way to shop for high quality fashionable leather alternatives and unique cruelty-free goods. We have done extensive research sourcing these products and are continually looking for distinctive items to add to our inventory.

All of our products are completely non-leather and comply with the vegetarian and/or vegan ethic. Our personal care products are not tested on animals and do not contain animal derived ingredients. We work very closely with the product manufacturers to ensure that our products are animal-friendly. We always list the ingredients in each product whenever possible. We make the effort whenever possible to make sure that the products we carry are manufactured under fair labor conditions. If you have any questions about how any of our products are made or where they are made, please feel free to contact us. Hopefully, we will already have the answer. FAIR-LABOR AGREEMENT

We believe that it is important that both animals and humans be treated with respect and compassion. We have spoken to all of the shoe companies that we work as well as many of our other suppliers. We have requested that our suppliers manufacturing outside of the United States and Canada supply us with signed documentation stating that their products are made under fair trade conditions and are not manufactured with child labor or under sweatshop conditions. Unfortunately we don't have the means to visit the manufacturing facilities ourselves, so we have to trust that our they are being truthful in their statements.
