I've been making pies since a tender age, whipping out as many as 26 in one day for our annual Hagen Thanksgiving pie-fest. (Now the ethical dilemma of whether or not to act as though you made it....) Pie flavor and crust variety (white or whole wheat flour, gluten free) to be mutually agreed upon. Pie specialties include: strawberry rhubarb, pumpkin (starting with a pumpkin, not from a can), blueberry crumble, apple/walnut/cranberry, pecan (I have recipes with or without corn syrup), Shaker lemon and more. Crust made from scratch using my great-grandmother's recipe. Ingredients are primarily organic, especially for fruit. Available for delivery the Tuesday/Wednesday before Thanksgiving or another mutually agreed upon date over the next year.
