Date must be mutually agreed upon with the Office of Volunteer Services. Expires May 1, 2012.

All gift certificates will be mailed to winners via certified First-Class mail, return receipt requested.

Delivery arrangements will be made for all local winners.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Shipping will be handled via UPS ground and charged according to weight.

• Small packages (up to 10 lbs.) $12
  
• Medium packages (11-25 lbs.) $16
  
• Large package (26 lbs.) $25
  

Due to University of Massachusetts policy, the Fine Arts Center will not be collecting credit cards from bidders during the auction. When the auction is over, the Fine Arts Center will reach out to winning bidder's to collect payment information.
