The condo unit is located within the Grand Isle II complex
whose amenities include lap pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, private movie theater, Grande salon with pool table, card tables, large screen TV, exercise room, catering kitchen and more. Burnt Store Marinas amenities include Golf, Proshop, ships store, waterside dining, fuel, dry/wet lips, boat rental, walking
paths and more!
