Learn various kayaking strokes and braces to make your kayaking experience more rewarding in this 2-hour private sea kayak lesson for one to two people. Strokes & braces include the stern & bow rudder, low & high brace turns, low & high brace recoveries, reverse & forward sweeps, and draw strokes; in addition, wet exit & entries, bow & side rescues and TX rescues will be taught.

All necessary equipment can be provided, including: sea kayak, paddle, lifejacket, and sprayskirt. Lesson will be held at either Jordan Lake, Falls Lake, or Bond Lake in Cary.

Instructor has 3 Star Kayak Award, Level 2 Coaching Award & Rescue Award from the British Canoe Union.
