Jackie Jones has always loved to cook, and in her volunteer work (donating chocolates) a business was born. She makes custom truffles by special order only, and stocks her chocolate cabinet at Inner Banks Artisan Center in Washington, NC. Her top selling chocolates are her huge "Toasted Pecan" Chocolate Caramel Turtles. The turtles are round, with toasted broken pecans in butter & sea salt, mixed into a yummy caramel, and dipped into either dark or milk chocolate. Each turtle weighs in at approx 3 to 4 ounces and can be cut and shared.
