The Hacienda del Mar project began in 1995. The concept and design of the project from the company Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo gave birth to the Hacienda style resort with villa-styled buildings, courtyards, foundations and pathways carving out an exuberant garden.  The design was carefully crafted to sooth your soul and renew your senses. 

Staying true to the traditional Hacienda style there stands a central building that is the focal point at Haceinda del Mar with the villas surrounding the central building.  This is very typical in Old Italian and Mexican style of architecture.  Our design blends a Mediterranean and Mexican flavor all at once. 

In total there are 17 villas with each one having their own unique architectural beauty.  The Haceindas del Mar upon completion will total 300 luxurious time share suites with each building having differing colors from the next.  The colonial, oceanfront village offers the finest luxury accommodations and services.  From the sapphire blue water of the Sea of Cortez, Hacienda del Mar possesses all the special touches you expect from a world class resort.
