The Grill on Main welcomes restaurant veteran Mark Sontz as its General Manager (GM) – who has been the GM at popular desert dining destinations such as Desert Sage and Omri & Boni. A certified sommelier, he has 35 years of management experience

The Grill on Main is also pleased to have recruited Erik Salas as its Chef. Salas, who grew up in the desert and is a graduate of Palm Desert High School, has a broad spectrum of restaurant experience. Salas was most recently with Morgan’s at La Quinta Resort, and prior to that he has been with respected establishments such as Pacifica and Sullivan’s Steakhouse.
