 Jalopy Jelly Tuna Salad

2 6-oz. cans white tuna packed in water, drained
2 tablespoons Jalopy Jelly
2 tablespoons minced celery
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 boiled egg chopped
Fresh ground pepper

In small mixing bowl, combine tuna with Jalopy Jelly, celery, and onion. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and season with pepper to taste

Jalopy Jelly Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 tablespoons Jalopy Jelly
3 tablespoons minced celery
3 tablespoons minced red onion
1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup green grapes
1/2 cup red grapes
1/4 cup slivered almonds

In small mixing bowl, combine chicken with Jalopy Jelly, celery, and onion. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well. Fold in grapes and almonds, being careful not to break grapes.
