The top layer is a sweet peppermint pattern with black background and edged with a pretty eyelet and topped with a red bow.  Under the top layer are 9 layers of two types of tulle for a ballerina effect. Velcro closure at neck and around chest.

Length from neck down back is 10".  Neck velcro adjusts 9" - 13". Chest velcro  adjusts 16" - 18 1/2".
