This beautiful doggy dress is your pups perfect "little" black dress for the holidays!
The top layer is a gorgeous sheer black topped with red embroidered flowers with red sequin centers. Under the top layer are 9 layers of two types of black tulle for a ballerina effect. Velcro closure at neck and around chest.
Length from neck down back is 10". Neck velcro adjusts 12" - 14". Chest velcro adjusts 17" - 19".
