The Santa Fe Culinary Delight package includes a private tour of the Santa Fe Farmers Market, a demonstration-style cooking class for 2 and 1-night lodging at Inn on the Alameda in downtown Santa Fe.
Enjoy a private morning tour for 2 of the Santa Fe Farmers Market by James Beard Award winner chef and photographer Lois Ellen Frank. Learn how to pick out the freshest ingredients possible for making delicous Native American recipes with a twist, as Lois serves to her guests through her catering events by Red Mesa Cuisine. Lois is the author, chef, photographer and winner of the 2003 James Beard Foundation Award in the Americana category. Take home a signed copy of her award winning cookbook, Foods of the Southwest Indian Nations: Traditional and Contemporary Native American Recipes.
Afterward take a demonstration-style cooking class at the Santa Fe School of Cooking, an internationally acclaimed recreational cooking school which offers a variety of Southwestern style cooking classes. It showcases local New Mexican agriculture and food products as well as the unique cultural heritage and distinct cuisine of the region.
Spend the night at Inn on the Alameda in a traditional queen room nestled behind quiet adobe walls in the center of everything Santa Fe offers just three blocks off the historial Plaza.

Special Instructions
Tour of Farmers Market and cooking class will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date and time with Lois Ellen Frank and the Santa Fe School of Cooking.
The cooking class is a demonstration-style cooking class for 2 which expires October 2013.
The lodging at Inn on the Alameda is valid from November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012 and cannot be extended. All dates are subject to availability, and the certificate is not valid for holidays, special events or the peak season months of July and August.
