Airline Certificate for up to 50,000 United Airlines miles to use towards the purchase of United airline flights.

 Restrictions:

1.  Reservation/ticket must be booked and issued by November, 20, 2011.

2.  Bidding winner will be responsible for any applicable departure and arrival taxes, federal inspection fees, Passenger Facility Charges and other fees, charges and taxes. Taxes, fees and service charges are subject to change without notice.

3.  Once ticket is issued, changes can be made but only for travel dates. Ticket cannot be re-issued for a different routing/destination or passenger’s name.

 4.  Ticket reservation must be done by contacting donor.
