Works by Winslow Homer, Anton Mauve and Thomas Gainsborough grace the museum's walls. The Chalres Allis Museum also offers intriguing changing exhibitions of Wisconsin artists.

When entering the grounds of the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, take the time to admire its Italian Renaissance-style villa, designed by architect David Adler in 1923 for Lloyd and Agnes Smith to recapture the romance of their Italian honeymoon. Art collection features fine and decorative arts dating from the 15th through the 18th centuries, wrought-iron masterpieces by Cyril Colnik, and changing exhibitions highlighting the decorative arts.
