Brian grew up in Effingham, IL and attended Bradley University in Peoria. Brian made a name for himself in Major League Baseball as a left-handed relief specialist. In his big league career, Brian faced 1,508 big league hitters and appeared in 467 MLB games. He did all this while maintaining a career ERA of 3.72. Brian spent 20 years in professional baseball. This past summer Brian coached a Central Illinois high school select all star team.
