RESTRICTIONS:
•Maximum of one certificate redeemable per family per year (okay to transfer as gift).
•Winner must contact Roclord Studio by June 1, 2011 and complete photography by August 1, 2011.
•No Substitutions •No Digital Files
•”No show” to any scheduled appointment or session invalidates this certificate.
•Less than 72 hour cancellation prior to any appointment constitutes a “no show”
 and forfeit of deposit.
•Must choose your gift photo in studio within 14 days of photo session or certificate is void.

Pick Up and Shipping Instructions:

Unless otherwise specified, items will be available for pick-up on December 9, 2011 from 9am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm at Notre Dame Academy Elementary School, 2911 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA  90064.

If you do not live in the area, or are otherwise unable to pick up the item,  it will be mailed via first class postage with an insurance fee of $1.80 for every $50.00 of value or $21.60 included on your purchase.

We also offer gift wrapping for the holidays upon request for $2.50 for small items, $5 for medium items and $7.50 for bulky, big items.

Simply email lgaines@ndaes.org with your shipping instructions and the corresponding fees will be added to your agreed upon purchase(s) no later than 12/8/11.
