XMA, as seen on Discovery Channel's Emmy Award winning documentary, is a performance baed program utilizing martial arts as a tool to develop Life Skills and Leadership Skills. Implemented in over 650 martial arts schools worldwide, XMA has increased student retention, motivation and enrollment by enhancing tradtional martial arts programs with a non-violent, no-contact alternative to martial arts training. XMA focuses on the development of the indificual regardless of age or skill level. Focus, Respect, Selft Confidence, Self Discipline, Commitment, Goal Setting, Communication and Performance are the skills centered around XMA's core training.
XMA is for students of all ages, all shapes and sizes, at all levels, wheter Basic, Intermediate, Advanced or Elite.
The package includes:
- one month of XMA Basic Martial Arts classes 2 times/week
- 5 xma buddy passes
- 3 Family member passes
- $100 off any program enrollment

Pick Up and Shipping Instructions:
Unless otherwise specified, items will be available for pick-up on December 9, 2011 from 9am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm at Notre Dame Academy Elementary School, 2911 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
If you do not live in the area, or are otherwise unable to pick up the item, it will be mailed via first class postage with an insurance fee of $1.80 for every $50.00 of value or $17.10 included on your purchase.
We also offer gift wrapping for the holidays upon request for $2.50 for small items, $5 for medium items and $7.50 for bulky, big items.
