Description
Creation Station is a wildly creative dance school concept which provides movement based programs for children starting at 18 months of age. 2 Gift Certificates for 4 consecutive classes each in Tot's and Tutus, Ballet/Tap, Princess Series Ballet, Lyrical or HIP HOP.

For children 18 months to 16 years old. New Students only please. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not redeemable for cash.
Pick Up and Shipping Instructions:
Unless otherwise specified, items will be available for pick-up on December 9, 2011 from 9am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm at Notre Dame Academy Elementary School, 2911 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
If you do not live in the area, or are otherwise unable to pick up the item, it will be mailed via first class postage with an insurance fee of $1.80 for every $50.00 of value or $5.50 included on your purchase.
We also offer gift wrapping for the holidays upon request for $2.50 for small items, $5 for medium items and $7.50 for bulky, big items.
