Artist Bio:

Norma Bruhn is a prolific Carmel artist with a career spanning 40 years.  She has extensive mixed media expertise in welding, batik, watercolor and oil painting.  Her passion is impressionist oil painting in both plein air and still format.  Her plein air subjects range from farmland and hillside to seascape; her still subjects include flowers, fruit, animals and ordinary objects which she makes extraordinary with her range of lights and darks.  She has trained for over ten years with internationally acclaimed Guido Frick, German impressionist artist.  Unframed.
