This package includes round-trip coach class service for (2) from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to anywhere American Airlines flies in Central America, subject to availability. A Saturday night stay is required. Flights to Central America will not accrue AAdvantage miles. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The following blackout dates apply:
2011: Jan 1-4; Dec 16-31.
2012: Jan 1-2; Feb 17-20; Mar 9-12, 16-18, 23-25; Apr 6-9; May 25-28; Jun 29-Jul 1, Jul 6-8; Nov 16-21, 24-26; Dec 21-24, Dec 28, 2012-Jan 2, 2013.
Airfare certificates will have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates and rack room rates. Ground transportation is not included unless where specified.
Pick Up and Shipping Instructions:
Unless otherwise specified, items will be available for pick-up on December 9, 2011 from 9am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm at Notre Dame Academy Elementary School, 2911 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
If you do not live in the area, or are otherwise unable to pick up the item, it will be mailed via first class postage with an insurance fee of $1.80 for every $50.00 of value or $140.40 included on your purchase.
We also offer gift wrapping for the holidays upon request for $2.50 for small items, $5 for medium items and $7.50 for bulky, big items.
