50% off a 30 day weight loss challenge that includes

2 group work outs a week where we will push you to be your best with support

and counseling as you go. The days are Wednesdays at 7pm at the studio and Saturday afternoon at 4pm on a Beach for a great out door workout. These are not mandatory workouts you can workout on your own if you like, but these group workouts will help you with your focus and confidence by seeing like minded people working to achieve the same goal during this challenge!

Pick Up and Shipping Instructions:

Unless otherwise specified, items will be available for pick-up on December 9, 2011 from 9am - 2:30pm and 3:30pm - 5:30pm at Notre Dame Academy Elementary School, 2911 Overland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064.

If you do not live in the area, or are otherwise unable to pick up the item, it will be mailed via first class postage with an insurance fee of $1.80 for every $50.00 of value or $10.80 included on your purchase.

We also offer gift wrapping for the holidays upon request for $2.50 for small items, $5 for medium items and $7.50 for bulky, big items.

Simply email lgaines@ndaes.org with your shipping instructions and the corresponding fees will be added to your agreed upon purchase(s) no later than 12/8/11.
