5-60 Minute Workouts
Each 60 minute class rotates between 5, 10 or 15 minute intervals of walking, jogging or running at your own pace on a treadmill alternating with strength and resistance training on the floor. This ever-changing floor routine taught by LA’s premier certified trainersincorporates weights, bars, bands, kettle bells, bosu balls, plyometrics and other state-of-the-art exercise equipment. Each class is designed to maximize your calorie burn (+/- 500 calories for women and +/-700 calories for men), increase strength and stamina while sculpting your body. Burn 60 can make you leaner, healthier, stronger, and more flexible in your daily life.
