This collection of 113 circulated and cancelled stamps will complement any collection! All stamps have been floated off in water.  (This collection includes one stamp commemorating the Pan-Pacific Scout Jamboree.)

Special Note:  With each stamp collection, I place the best stamps I can find in the first collections from each country.  Likewise, if I have only one stamp of a certain kind, it will go in the earlier collection.  You will find the best stamps in each collection by buying in these first years that stamps are offered.
