After completing her first marathon in 2004, instructor Jessica Beaubien began yoga practice to heal her strained body. Falling in love with the practice, she found it most natural to spend her quiet yoga time in conversation with Christ. Once she discovered the advent of Christ-centered yoga and fitness ministry, she knew it was God's calling to bring this opportunity to her church and community. Jessica is YogaFit Level 1, Level 2 and Pre/post-natal trained. She has developed a program that is gentle and nurturing; one that will help students of all levels grow in their faith. She is truly excited to share the Christian yoga experience with all.
Soul Stretch Christian Yoga has classes in Birmingham, Royal Oak and Farmington Hills. Classes are available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday and Friday mornings. New students are welcome at any time! Click here for locations and details.
The winning bidder receives punch cards good for eight (8) classes through December 31, 2012.

Michigan K.I.D.S. pays all taxes on taxable items. And we will ship certificates or gift cards by certified mail at our cost.
Shipping charges of $12.00 will only be added for larger items that must be boxed for shipment, but we will combine items purchased by the same bidder into one shipment.
No shipping charges will be assessed if bidder opts to pick up the item(s) when he/she responds to the winning bid email.
